Raised on a dairy farm on the Dunn & Pepin Co line (land), to running their Erbert & Gerbert’s franchise in downtown Rochester near the Mayo Clinic campus (commercial), to returning to her UW Eau Claire stomping grounds to raise her kids in the Third Ward (historical) to renovating a luxury lake home on Lake Wissota (waterfront) - Knelly has the depth & experience that maker her irreplaceable in a transaction.

She's done it while raising her 9 kids with her husband and lifelong best friend, Jake, who are constantly working & renovating their historic home in Eau Claire’s Third Ward, when they aren’t tending their fruit trees on their San Diego county acreage.

It's the same care & strategy she brings to every family she works with, and the heart behind TruLiving Birth Center, their passion project.
